?: Is it possible to place an order without registering on site?
Yes, you can place your order without registering on site. Just fill all the necessary fields in the form with your contact information while placing your order. You only need to register on site in order to follow the order status changes online. If you're satisfied with the automatic updates of your order's status via e-mail, you don't have to register.

?: Is it possible to order a doll or accessory which is not in your list?
Yes, it is! And there's no additional fee for most of such orders. Please, refer to Beyond the catalog section to find out how to place your order.

?: Do you have layaway?
Yes! Moreover, some companies officially provide layaways as well. We provide layaway up to 12 months (some restrictions may apply). Please, contact us right after you've placed your order to discuss the layaway terms for it.

?: I do not receive answers and status updates to my e-mail. What should I do?
We will contact you in 1 business day from the date you've placed your order. If you did't receive an e-mail from the customers service in 1 business day, please contact us using the feedback form at our site. We also recommend you to use Gmail.com as your mail service to communicate with us.

?: I don't want to use my legal name on site, can I use nickname?
All orders are sent as a registered parcels only, which means that delivery man or postal office representative will ask you to show any photo ID with your legal name. If there's a different name on the parcel, it might not be handed to you.

?: What should I do if wrote my name/address/phone incorrectly? Is it possible to edit this information?
It is importaint that all changes to be made prior to the 'preparing for the shipping' status. If you make any corrections in your profile by yourself, please do not forget to notify our customers service, as no changes will be made in your order automatically.

?: What should I do if I'm out of town during the estimated arrival date?
You can call the hotline of the chosen delivery service or your post office to know more about the procedure of keeping the parcel (duration, fees, etc.) or you can contact us and infom us about your absence. We will inform the shipper so he could send your order after you're back in town.

?: How can I find out what's going on with my order?
If you have registered on site, you can check all order status changes online, in your account. If you can't review the order status changes online or you believe that there's a mistake in order status, please contact our customers service. In your e-mail don't forget to inform us about the number of your order and always write from the e-mail you've been using for registration or order placement.

?: Do you ship orders to the other countries (besides Canada)?
The order can be shipped to any country, if there are no limits in it for importing the goods you've ordered.

?: Can I order combined shipping for the goods from different companies?
It is possible if the goods you've ordered all come from the companies based in China. In that case your shipper will arrange a combined shipping for you directly from China with the delivery method you've picked.

?: Why is the shipping price not shown? Is it included into the price of the goods?
The shipping price isn't included into the price of the goods unless stated otherwise.
We do our best to suggest you the best balance between shipping price and shipping speed regarding the goods you've selected and the total weight / measurememnts of the parcel. If there are more than one shipping method available, we will notify you about it (with the prices for each available method) and let you chose the one you like most. Plus - we have discounts for the shipping which can't be calculated automatically.

?: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and wire transfers.
If both of these methods are not an option for you, please contact our customers service to discuss the details.

?: Who pays PayPal fees?
We pay all the PayPal fees if your payment is made in USD. If you pay for your order in a currency, which differs from USD or CAD, please, add 4% to your payment as a PayPal fee compensation.

?: Why has my order been deleted?
There are three main reasons for the order to be deleted from the base:
- You've placed an order but didn't pay for it in 7 days or didn't inform us in 7 days about your payment. In this case all you have to do - is just send us a note via e-mail and place your order again.
- There were some questions regarding your order, but you didn't answer to our messages in 7 days (in 3 days if the order participates in event). In this case all you have to do - is place the order again as soon as you're ready to give us a reply.
- If there were multiple violations of terms and conditions of the site, we may also put your account on the black list and hold all the orders places from your name and/or address. If you feel that there's been a mistake, please, do not hesitate to contact cutomers service on this issue, so we could check.
